- Lead the sales and events strategy across multiple venues.
- Grow revenue through corporate, community, and accommodation sales.
- Oversee end-to-end event delivery – from concept to execution.
- Build and nurture long-term client and partner relationships.
- Deliver commercial insights, budgets, and performance reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales & events team.
- Work hand-in-hand with Operations, Marketing, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- 5+ years in sales & event leadership (hospitality, hotels, or venues).
- Experience managing multi-site operations.
- Proven record of achieving revenue and event success.
- Outstanding client engagement and stakeholder skills.
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience.
- Organised, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with event management systems (Tripleseat, EventDraw).
- Experience across both clubs and hotels.
- Title: Group Sales & Events Manager
- Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
- Location: Based onsite in Hurstville with regular travel to the Blue Mountains
