**The Opportunity:**
We are seeking a qualified and reliable Mechanic with a strong work ethic to join our friendly team. Your role will involve:
- Following procedures and directions meticulously.
- Conducting confident mechanical diagnosis and reporting findings to our service advisor.
- Assisting with on-the-job training for apprentices.
- Collaborating with the service advisor on labor times for complex jobs.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Working harmoniously within the team to accomplish tasks efficiently.
**Requirements:**
Successful applicants will:
- Hold a qualification as a Mechanic. (We may consider candidates with a few years of experience post-qualification.)
- Possess a current open manual driver's license.
- Excel as part of a team.
- Demonstrate confidence in performing minor servicing to complex mechanical repairs.
- Work effectively and independently.
- Present themselves professionally, communicate respectfully, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a relevant visa to work in Australia.
