We are currently seeking Asia Digital/Integrated Marketing Manager for our Asia Heath Care Group. In this role you will be part of a growing team which ensures exceptional execution of brand promise and brand voice across 3M Health Care Business. Specifically, in this role you will be mainly responsible for building the Asia area integrated marketing strategy and implementing & managing acceleration programs.

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Understand the global, area and regional business goals, division objectives and target audience to create & own area division IMC strategy.

Assist the IMC Leader on building the overall short and long-term Area IMC strategy.

Own strategic End to End (Demand Generation to Sales Conversion/Lead Nurture) 360 Degrees IMC programs, always-on programs & program creative development.

Build E2E IMC Program Execution Plan by leading Customer Journey Mapping and Communication Touch Points Prioritization.

Manage E2E program execution and work with Digital Operations Team to ensure those programs are implemented in time.

Work with Integrated Marketing Performance Analytics Manager to track the E2E purchase funnel result, manage leads and optimize effectively to deliver the best results as possible.

Engage with Customer Insights Team to understand the target audiences and their behaviors.

Manage area IMC program budget and report the financial status to stakeholders including finance team.

Develop integrated marketing program briefs that clearly articulate communication objectives and success criteria for vendors/agencies to ensure timely execution and quality outcomes.

Select strategic partner vendors/agencies together and work with the sourcing team to process in the internal system if necessary.

Understand the digital marketing platforms (incl. Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads etc), marketing automation and CRM tool (Eloqua), leads/sales tracking platform (eg. SFDC) to build effective programs.

Engage with stakeholders to educate and lead the organizational transformation into 360 degrees marketing and digital mindset.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degrees

Eight (8) or more years of digital marketing campaign management experience including campaign development, media & creative strategies

Five (5) or more years of Project Management experience

Experience in analyzing digital/marketing results and optimizing to improve conversion.

Experience in building Integrated/Digital Marketing plans

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred

Experience in working in regional role or working with multiple countries
