• Maintain machine performance and carry out minor troubleshooting as needed
• Set up and adjust machines to ensure consistent product quality and minimal waste
• Perform tasks across filling, capping, labelling, and palletising lines
• Complete production records and follow GMP and HACCP protocols
• Work closely with quality and maintenance teams to resolve production issues
• Contribute to a continuous improvement environment with clear structure and SOPs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working area

• Experience operating machinery in dairy, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Ability to follow and improve structured processes and SOPs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Confident communicators who can work both independently and in a team
• Willingness to take on training in quality and contribute to continuous improvement
• Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude, strong initiative, and a genuine drive to succeed
