Due to continued growth, an opportunity currently exists for a mid to senior level Funds Management lawyer to join the organisation’s established and supportive Office of the General Counsel.Working as part of an integrated and established global legal team, you will work closely with the business, providing legal advice and expertise across Managed Funds, Platform and Distribution. You will provide commercially relevant legal advice primarily to the Investment Management team including advising on regulatory requirements with a particular focus on Australian securities laws and you will also provide support to the Managed Funds, Platform, Distribution, Marketing and Government Relations business areas.You will be a mid to senior level financial services or funds management lawyer with a strong product focus gained within a leading financial services or wealth management institution, or within a prominent law firm. With experience advising on investment products such as managed funds, platforms and other asset management products, you will have a sound working knowledge of contemporary regulatory environment.
