- Experience administering large-scale Windows and Linux environments
- Proficiency with virtualisation platforms (VMware, RHEL KVM, Hyper-V)
- Strong troubleshooting experience in physical and virtual systems
- Familiarity with change and configuration management processes
- Hands-on experience with Agile or Kanban methodologies
- Red Hat Certification (RHCSA/RHCE)
- Certifications in VMWare, storage, or complementary technologies
- Familiarity with Containerisation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevSecOps
- Strong understanding of ISM, DSPF, and Essential 8

- Install, configure, monitor and secure enterprise networking platforms ( Cisco, Aruba, Palo-Alto)
- Administer Linux (SELinux) and Windows environments
- Support VDI platforms (Horizon), SANs, backup systems and disaster recovery activities
- Administration of tools such as vCenter, Satellite, UCS Manager, IPAM, Splunk, Grafana
- Ensure compliance with ISM, DSPF, Essential Eight and other security frameworks
- Operate within Agile/Kanban delivery structures
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support processes
