- Achieve revenue targets for Pop-Up Retail Spaces through recurring activations and new retail opportunities.
- Source and convert leads via targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms aligning with revenue goals and asset planning.
- Maintain high occupancy rates meeting revenue targets.
- Balance short-term activations with long-term leasing priorities.
- Collaborate with Tenant Leasing, Centre Management, and Marketing Teams to align activations with commercial strategy.
- Use short-term pop-ups to test potential long-term tenants.
- Manage the full licensing process from inquiry to operational delivery.
- Ensure activations comply with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
- Monitor arrears and payment collections, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to track deal performance.
- Develop strong relationships with retailers, brands, agencies, and internal teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between short-term occupants and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on revenue performance, occupancy trends, and opportunities.
- 2 + years’ sales and negotiation experience in leasing – this could be residential, retail, commercial or media.
- Experience in business development, with a track record of sourcing and converting leads into revenue-generating activations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Yardi) and financial processes related to licensing, invoicing, and arrears management.
- Proven ability to execute leasing transactions and negotiations.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, working across a high volume of transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
