Our Distribution Centres across Queensland provide our 120 retail stores with quality donated goods, giving pre-loved items a second life and bringing in profit to support our Crisis Support Line and suicide prevention services.Let’s make a meaningful difference, together.Your part in our Lifeline teamWorking out of our Geebung Distribution Centre, you will:Pick-up donations from in and around clothing donation bins, private and commercial premises and Lifeline shopsDeliver stock to Lifeline shops, private and commercial premisesDeliver rags to customers which may include money handlingUnload vehicles and ensure the area is kept clean and tidyEnsure all paperwork for the position is recorded accurately and on a daily basisMaintain vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition and report any security, maintenance or safety issues to relevant supervisorSupervise the safety and work performance of Offsiders in the truckEnsure operational timeframes are met whilst adhering to Queensland traffic road rulesImportant:The inherent requirements of this role are physically demanding you will need to be physically fit with the capability to complete tasks that require regular lifting, standing and walking.What makes a difference for you?Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balanceNFP Salary Packaging: Save tax and increase your take home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annum.
