Costco Travel Australia reservation agents are responsible for providing world-class service and support to our Costco members when booking their dream holiday. The position requires good communication skills as our agents will be working with various teams both internally and externally to Costco including direct interaction with Costco members. Our ideal candidate will have a passion and proven track record for great customer service. They will have a passion for travel, in particular cruising, and find joy in matching people seeking assistance with the best fit holiday experience. Our agents go above and beyond for our members ensuring the best booking experience possible and the utmost satisfaction as expected from their Costco membership.Job Duties/Essential Functions

Providing world-class member service for Costco members interested in purchasing cruises
Excellent communication across multiple channels (phone calls, live chats and emails)
Helping Costco members select and book their dream vacation on our website –
Successfully completing Costco Travel training modules
Navigating numerous internal and vendor systems to accurately make members reservations
Liaising with other departments to obtain the best resolution for our members
Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location
De-escalating situations, problem solving and offering support to members

Requirements

Member care or customer service experience
Strong (written and verbal) communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail, accuracy while meeting deadlines
Ability to work flexibly and with minimal supervision
Experience using different systems and interfaces
Travel industry experience would be beneficial but not a requirement
Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends if required
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
