Reporting to the Financial Controller, the main responsibilities of the role include:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function
- Leading and mentoring the Accounts Payable team
- Manage the end-to-end Expense Management System
- Leading Accounts Payable projects and continuous improvement
- Managing escalations from internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the Financial Controller
- Ad hoc projects and tasks within the scope of the role.
To be successful for the role, you must demonstrate the following:
- 3-5 years in a similar position, with demonstrated experience in the position accountabilities.
- An exceptional eye for detail, time management skills, and ability to work to deadlines
- You must be a strong problem solver with a “can-do” attitude.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- You can take on responsibility, accountability and work independently
- Show initiative, self-motivated and values orientated
- Work with a dynamic, supportive, and values-orientated team
