Join our team of intelligent and collaborative Changemakers and make your mark on tomorrow!Our WSP Property and Buildings Structures currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer join our growing team in Sydney.Our Building Structures group are a specialist team renowned for their innovation in structural engineering and cutting-edge BIM project execution across high-rise and complex building structures and infrastructure projects, with offices in every major city across Australia.We operate as a highly autonomous and genuinely national team. What you'll doAs a Structural Engineer you will:

Project lead work across the design, tender and delivery phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects;
Ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work in compliance with relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards - and in alignment with schedules and budgets;
Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

About youThe successful candidate we are looking for will have:

Bachelor to Masters' level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering);
Typically 3-4+ years' industry experience on building projects in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors;
Track record of collaborating effectively with colleagues intra/cross-discipline on projects;
Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
Proficiency with SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept
Familiarity with BIM, NavisWorks and Revit Structure (advantageous)
Previous experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is highly regarded
