We pride ourselves on being a consumer-focused progressive provider of care to our community, patients and residents with a multidisciplinary focus.About you : You are passionate about person-centered care and motivated to enhance the wellbeing of our consumers. You will also meet the following criteria;
Current or able to obtain registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in either sub-acute or aged care.
Demonstrated commitment to person-centered care.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to continuous improvement.All appointments are made subject to the required security screening including National Criminal History, Vic Working with Children, NDIS Worker Screening checks and an immunisation status appropriate to the role, including the COVID19 vaccination and 2023 influenza vaccination.
