- Management and leadership of the food and beverage team across multiple sites in SA and WA.
- Management of the catering operations in line with contractual obligation while ensuring Client and staff satisfaction.
- Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are established and monitored to meet ISS brand Standard guidelines.
- Working with the Executive and Head Chef to take corrective action where appropriate, and within company guidelines, if standards are not met.
- Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained by the entire kitchen team to meet Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines.
- Ensuring the menus for all routine meal services, private and formal functions are in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Manage in line with budget the food cost and expenses as per the onsite contract scope.
- Regular review and addressing of Client staff feedback and maintenance registers.
- Banking of money received including all recording and reporting.

- At least 3 year's experience leading and developing a multi-faceted food and beverage business, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining productive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Operations, Business, Food and Beverage or related discipline.
- Holding and maintaining the following qualifications/certifications: HACCP Level 3 qualifications, First Aid Certificate - Level 3, Food Safety Supervisor certification and RSA certificate.
- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (currently TAE40122)
- Basic accounting skills including budgeting and reporting
