Company DescriptionAbility Action Australia are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. #AAA have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.Job DescriptionWe are expanding our team in Campbelltown and would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated independent Physiotherapist Contractor to join us in making a positive impact in our community.We are open to applications from Physiotherapists in Campbelltown with experience working with NDIS participants.On a daily basis, you will be:
  • Assessing participants physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
  • Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
  • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence

QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as Physiotherapist.
  • Experience working with NDIS participants.
  • Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Police clearance, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Active ABN.
