Title: Sales Representative/Business Development Manager (newly created role due to demand)
Location: Queensland (Remote role)
Base salary $80k - $100k (OTE includes commissions and car allowance)
Engagement: Permanent position (open to Part-time for the right candidate)
Ideal Start date: April 2024Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell product solutions, focusing on selectedindustries
- Develop and execute complex solutions addressing customer pain points, collaborating with relevant product owners
- Ensure compliance with contracts and agreements for all portfolio customers
- Creating and executing customer growth strategies
- Formulate and maintain customer strategies aligned with products and services
- Identify potential customers aligned with the company's direction and strategy
- Pursue "upselling" opportunities within, targeting network-derived leads
- Ensure adherence to commercial processes, guidelines, tools, and procedures
- Execute sales campaigns to drive focused development of Sales portfolio in assigned territory
- Experience in a business development role with an existing network in the Hospitality, Medical or Industrial space.
- A high level of understanding across industrial scale wahsing equiptment, solutions and terminology would be advantageous but not essential.
- Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning opportunities, through both personal and collaborative selling efforts.
- Proven track record in a matrix, multi-cultural organisation, building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally
- Well-developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong consultative selling and questioning skills
- Demonstrable ability to handle most common customer objections
- Self-motivated and performance driven
