
Field Service Engineer

- Consistently provide preventive and maintenance services to customers
- Install, service and maintain all LSG and CDG instruments
- Ensure all work orders are handled in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Use of ServiceMax for work order management
- Ensure tools and test equipment are kept in a professional manner.
- Perform other duties as required
- Meeting territory service goals and objectives
- Ensure that the Company achieves its customer satisfaction objective at all times
- Report promptly to the Technical Service Manager of any circumstances where this is not occurring
- Maintain good customer relationships

- Degree / Diploma in Engineering preferred (Electronic/Electrical/Biomedical/Mechanical)
- Minimum or 3-5 years’ experience in Life Science, Clinical Diagnostics or Biomedical service Industry
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal communication and proven customer relationship building skills
- Demonstrated initiative, good organisation and planning skills
- Strong team orientation
- Problem solving ability and results driven
- High level of skills in computer literacy and software usage
- Current drivers licence valid in Australia.
