We have a fantastic opportunity for a Administration Assistant to join a well-established, family-run business that has been operating for over 60 years.About the Role:In this varied and rewarding role, you will play a key part in supporting contractors, builders, and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Answering and managing calls from contractors, clients, and builders
  • Coordinating product deliveries and ensuring correct materials are onsite for the Tradesmen
  • Monitoring timelines to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Liaising with the team and external partners to ensure effective communication and project flow
  • General administrative duties to support the wider team
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in the building or construction industry is highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a range of people
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organised under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team environment
  • Must be available to work full time Monday to Friday - no part-time roles available
