- Answering and managing calls from contractors, clients, and builders
- Coordinating product deliveries and ensuring correct materials are onsite for the Tradesmen
- Monitoring timelines to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard
- Liaising with the team and external partners to ensure effective communication and project flow
- General administrative duties to support the wider team
- Previous experience in the building or construction industry is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a range of people
- A friendly, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organised under pressure
- Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team environment
- Must be available to work full time Monday to Friday - no part-time roles available
