We’re on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Field Service Administrator to become a key player in our Metro Field Service team based at our Clayton branch. This is a 12-month contract role that will see you step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll be at the heart of keeping operations running smoothly.Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Field Service team – assisting Customer Coordinators with work in progress management, raising purchase orders for labour and materials, processing invoices, handling customer feedback surveys, and ensuring accurate data entry across the service area.At William Adams, we know great administration is more than just paperwork – it’s about enabling our teams to deliver excellence. Schedule work site inductions for our Technicians
Ensure all tickets and licences are up to date and validated
Raise PO’s, consolidate and follow up accounts
Carry out contractor inductions
Manage post service calls for all equipment services
Manage registrations, inspections and service requirements for the field service fleet
Coordinate and validate payroll workflows (technician timesheets)
Provide back up and support to Lube Planners
