
Senior Consultant - Communications and Engagement

- Design, manage and deliver communications and engagement strategies for key NSW infrastructure projects and policy programs.
- Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies that support successful project outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on communication and engagement approaches that promote transparency, inclusivity and trust.
- Bring a passion for building stronger connections between projects and communities.
- You will bring around five years' experience in developing and delivering communication and engagement strategies, particularly in relation to infrastructure projects. You will also demonstrate:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts into plain English for diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams and working effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including in construction environments.
- Excellent negotiation, liaison and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, combined with the capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- A professional approach to handling confidential matters with discretion.
- Experience in the energy sector and working on SSDA projects is desirable.
