The successful candidate will oversee approximately 15 direct reports to ensure the successful deployment of the project across 16 sites.ABOUT THE ROLE
⦁ Lead thE Project, focusing on the procurement of necessary hardware and devices, network redundancy, and deployment of the system across sites in a staged manner.
⦁ Coordinate responses to information requests from the Implementation Team, encompassing workflows, forms, and administrative processes.
⦁ Ensure all affected clinical and corporate staff receive comprehensive training prior to project activation.
⦁ Adapt local processes and procedures as required throughout the implementation of SUNRISE EMR.
⦁ Manage complex project dynamics to ensure successful implementation within the specified timeframe.ABOUT YOU
⦁ Proven experience in managing complex and fast-paced ICT projects, preferable in SA Government.
⦁ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
⦁ Technical experience or understanding in records management or digitalization projects is highly desirable.
⦁ Ability to assess risk profiles and develop effective strategies for risk mitigation.
⦁ Willingness to travel frequently across multiple project sites.
