As a dynamic and forward-thinking company, we're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help shape the future of automotive design.Job Description:As a Graphic Designer at MCT Automotive Group, you will play a crucial role in conceptualising and executing visual communication strategies across various platforms. Leveraging your expertise in graphic design, you will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand objectives and constraints, undertake research, and analyse functional communication requirements. Your creativity and attention to detail will be instrumental in formulating design concepts and preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate our brand message.Responsibilities:Consult with various departments & management to determine design brief objectives and constraints.
Conduct research and analyse functional communication requirements to inform design decisions.Develop innovative design concepts that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
Create visually compelling designs across print, digital, and multimedia platforms, including logos, visual elements, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with management, sales, and production staff to negotiate design solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.
Recommend functional and aesthetic materials and media for publication, delivery, or display purposes.
Detail and document selected designs for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
Supervise or participate in production activities, ensuring the quality and integrity of the final deliverables.
Archive information for future reference and client use, maintaining organised records of design assets.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in business & marketing.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Experience in web design and development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, with a specific emphasis on UX/UI design skills for web design and development.
