As an Administrator, Learning and Development, you'll provide vital administrative support to ensure CFA's training and development programs run smoothly across the region. From coordinating logistics and managing data systems, to preparing training materials and maintaining records, you'll play a key role in keeping learning activities organised and efficient, ultimately supporting brigade capability and frontline readiness.A detailed position description is attached.About YouThe person we are looking for will be an organised and detail-oriented administrator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confident in drafting professional documents and managing a range of administrative tasks, you pride yourself on accuracy and thoroughness in everything you do.Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike, while your proactive approach means you can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.With solid computer literacy across MS Office and database systems (and financial systems an advantage), you bring the capability and initiative needed to keep learning and development activities running smoothly.Why choose CFA
