- Support in running partner facing workshops with representatives from Product, Pricing, Member Experience, Technology, Digital present across the fund.
- Manage the partnership stream to ensure deliverables are provided including key external facing materials to support implementation activities with the fund partner.
- Own key governance and commercial streams and work closely with TAL’s legal team to own the process end-to-end.
- Negotiate, deliver and monitor commercial terms that achieve joint goals, where relevant.
- Work with the partner to implement new propositions, member engagement on retirement and related digital solutions.
- Lead discussions on product design change.
- Deliver excellent service through insightful reporting, and act as an escalation point for service escalations, ensuring TAL delivers to agreed business plans and service standards.
- Create and manage internal structures to ensure TAL business units are accountable for delivery.
- Identify, assess, and deliver strategic initiatives to grow the partnership in line with agreed business plans.
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in superannuation, retirement incomes and/or life insurance
- Experience in developing solutions for wholesale/institutional clients
- Strong knowledge of current and proposed regulations impacting superannuation and life insurance industry
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
