- Proven leadership and relationship development capability.
- 3+ years' experience of planning/scoping and leading large pieces of system change projects with multiple system dependencies, including software implementation COTS (commercial off the shelf), SaaS, new development, and enhancements. Experience with Workday, Avature and Cornerstone advantageous.
- Relevant experience and expertise across HR Integrations, EH&S, T&A and/or Payroll solutions.
- Experience and knowledge across the HR/People functional areas (HR staffing, compensation, benefits, learning & development, recruitment, performance and talent, absence management, and downstream affected processes such as Payroll & Expenses.
