Coordinating daily clinical operations and patient flow
Supporting the Orthodontist and clinical team to deliver high-quality care
Managing treatment schedules and patient communications
Assisting with case presentations and treatment coordination discussions
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with practice policies and procedures
Supporting the training and development of team members
Building positive relationships with patients to enhance their treatment experience

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Clinic / Treatment Coordinator or within a Dental practice is essential
Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable)
Experience with Oasis software (advantageous)
Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approach
