- Plan and provide a holistic service to a diverse range of clients, working directly with the individual, their family and key stakeholders.
- Delivering Occupational Therapy services both in our clinic and in the community (using a company car for travel).
- Collaborate to work towards the goals of clients and their families.
- Be an integral player within this approach, as we value and rely upon the unity and strength of our team.
- Providing therapy services for both children and adults.
- Make a clear development plan, with access to regular mentoring, supervision and professional development opportunities.
- Possession of a tertiary qualification as an Occupational Therapist
- Registration with (or intention to register with) AHPRA.
- Highly effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to grow and nurture personal relationships founded on the basis of respect and value for unique individuals.
- Experience in the healthcare and/or disability sector is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working with infants and children.
- Possession (or intention to obtain) a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- COVID-19 vaccinations in accordance with the Government mandate.
