- Provide exceptional customer service and retain the accounts of our existing customers
- Manage multiple customer portfolios at once with our CRM system
- Contribute to a high performing team through skills sharing and peer coaching
- Sales administration including performing administrative tasks associated with sales contract renewals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ years' experience in a similar sales role exceeding KPI's
- Strong time management and multi-talking skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Demonstrated ability to remain resilient, positive and productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- B2B experience in converting cold and warm leads via outbound tele-sales and face to face
- Contract and price negotiation skills ensuring the best possible outcome is achieved for the business
- Experience working and collaborating in a team environment
