Schedule: Ongoing casual work with potential for long-term opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and assemble meals to client specifications in a high-volume environment
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and OHS standards at all times
- Maintain stock levels and assist with food production planning
- Conduct quality control checks
- Supervise and coordinate Catering Assistants
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in food manufacturing or high-volume kitchen environments
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including availability for OT
- Full working rights in Australia
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work within time constraints and meet production targets
