- Assessing Manufacturer repairs to ensure repair quality
- Evaluating devices for accurate grading and disposition
- Assessing after sales service claims to ensure accurate assessment outcomes
- Provide weekly quality reporting to the After Sales and Reverse Logistics Manager
- Serve as the technical point of contact (POC) on site for device-related escalations and queries.
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers, assisting with escalations and issues as required

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with After Sales and Reverse Logistics processes is an advantage
