MRAEL are seeking a highly motivated Business Trainee to join the Resource Development Team at Australian Trade Training College (ATTC)!Australian Trade Training College Ltd has been registered a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2006 and is a not-for-profit organisation with significant experience in the delivery of quality training and assessment services. Click for more information on ATTC.The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure quality outcomes are met, including effectively and efficiently performing administration tasks to support the administration team.
Accurate data entry, filing and scanning.
Apply a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in the use of data systems and sources.
Attend to phone, email enquiries and forward information to specific personnel.
E-folder maintenance and housekeeping - eg, keeping procedures for files and folders in place
