- Facilitate engaging, goal-oriented gaming sessions using recovery-based and person-centred active support models.
- Support participants of various backgrounds and identities to build independence, social connections, and interpersonal skills through structured gameplay.
- Identify and address barriers to participation, using gaming strategies to support individual goals and NDIS-funded outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, and contribute to client planning and compliance requirements.
- Be willing to give different things a go and participate in games you might not have experience with.
- Create a supportive and inclusive gaming environment that fosters personal growth and community connection.
- Use empathy, initiative, and creativity to adapt gameplay to individual needs and goals.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with participants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Stay committed to professional development and follow best practices in mental health and disability support.
- Have an ability to work with youths and adults.

- Certificate IV in Mental Health or equivalent;
- Current First Aid and CPR Training- within 12 months;
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate;
- Working with Children's Check VIC;
- Experience with table top gaming such as Dungeons and Dragons
- Experience with ASD and or ADHD
- Experience with creating RPG campaigns and adventures
- Experience with Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition.
