You’ll feel valued as part of a tight-knit team, united in delivering exceptional guest experiences and thriving in a company dedicated to fostering an outstanding workplace culture.Job DescriptionWe’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead the upkeep and operational efficiency of Oaks Brisbane River City Suites.In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards of safety, presentation, and functionality. You’ll oversee preventative and reactive maintenance, manage contractors, and provide leadership to the maintenance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all building, plant, and equipment maintenance across the property
Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and respond to reactive maintenance requests
Manage contractor performance, compliance, and safety standards
Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Deliver efficient and cost-effective maintenance solutions within budget
Provide hands-on support when required and lead by example

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a facilities, property, or maintenance management role (hospitality or strata highly regarded)
Strong knowledge of building systems and OH&S compliance
Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a small team
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
