I am searching for a Vehicle Warranty & Compliance CoordinatorThis role manages vehicle warranty claims and ensures adherence to all relevant regulations & also involves processing / tracking claims, and maintaining records, while also staying informed about manufacturer warranty programs and compliance standards. Effective communication, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.If you have strong Mechanical knowledge & excellent organisational abilities this Dealership NEEDS YOU!On Offer is a Rewarding Base Salary + Super + Comms / Bonus OTE$90K - $100KKey Responsibilities:Warranty Claim Management:
  • Reviewing repair orders and documentation to determine warranty eligibility.
  • Preparing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers or warranty providers.
  • Tracking claims, following up on payments, and managing claim outcomes.
  • Reconciling warranty receivables and assisting with auditing and reporting.
Compliance:
  • Ensuring all warranty work complies with manufacturer and company policies.
  • Staying updated on current manufacturer warranty programs and regulatory changes.
  • Coordinating with service advisors and technicians to ensure proper documentation.
Communication & Collaboration:
  • Communicating with manufacturers, service advisors, technicians, and other relevant parties.
  • Responding to manufacturer inquiries regarding warranty claims.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless warranty and compliance processes.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
  • Maintaining detailed records of all warranty work and communications.
  • Preparing reports on warranty performance and compliance.
Other Duties:
  • Assisting with parts ordering, shipping, and returns related to warranty work.
  • May involve some field work to assess vehicle issues or conduct inspections.
  • May require knowledge of warranty management software and other relevant tools.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle systems, repair processes, and warranty guidelines.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and solve problems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in claim processing, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with warranty management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
