We are looking for passionate Support Workers to join our team across all metropolitan regions in Adelaide.Be rewarded through working autonomously in this busy and exciting role, providing support to older people so they can remain independent and continue living in their own home.What you'll do:

Provide personalised support to older individuals in accordance with their unique needs and preferences.
Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, domestic tasks and activity support.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and community engagement.
Follow and contribute to the customer's care plan.
Maintain and ensure completion of documentation, while maintaining confidentiality.

About You!You are a talented and passionate Support Worker. You want to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our customers with quality care. Ideally you will have experience within the Health Care Sector.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
A passion for supporting choice and independence.
High level customer service experience.
Ability to work short shifts.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team to support the well-being of customers.
Willingness to travel between customers' homes and attend site base training.
Administrative and computer skills
Ability to operate a smart phone.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
Current First Aid Certificate including CPR.
COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster, if eligible)
A current Police Check suitable for unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups (no less than 12 months old)
A current Drivers Licence and access to own vehicle.
