- Rates: Hourly rate of $30.28, with penalty rates applied. The hourly rate will increase to $31.03 after 12 months.
- Hours: Start times range between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, with shifts typically spanning up to 10+ hours per day and averaging around 40 hours per week. Saturday shifts are available and paid at overtime rates.
- Overtime: Time and a half after regular hours, double time after 10 hours. Meal allowances are also included after 10 hours.
- Customer service on wheels: Interact with various personalities daily.
- We provide cutting-edge technology for safety, route mapping, and load tracking.
- A 10-day training program will be provided for all new starters.
- Free licence upgrade! (T&Cs apply).
- Licence: You must have a minimum of a Heavy Combination license with previous driving experience (preferred).
- White Card: You will have a current valid Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one before you start.
- People Skills: You enjoy engaging with people.
- Variety: You prefer variety in your work. No two days are the same when you’re driving one of our Agitator trucks.

- Medical Check: Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Heidelberg sites)
