Gundog Estate is regarded as one of the Hunter Valley's most innovative and high-quality boutique wine producers. Principles of social, environmental, and economic sustainability drive all aspects of our business operation, alongside our organisational values of creativity, leadership, and integrity.We are seeking passionate and motivated vintage cellar hands to work during our 2026 harvest, commencing mid-January.Specialising in Semillon, Riesling, and Shiraz, and processing around 250 tons, Gundog Estate works with top quality vineyards in the Hunter, Hilltops, and Canberra Districts. As such, this is a great opportunity to further your knowledge and skills in a quality-focused environment, exploring a spectrum of styles and vineyard sites.The role will encompass all vintage-related cellar work, vineyard sampling, and some laboratory procedures. Applicants will need to be able to work well with a small team, have prior cellar hand experience, and be passionate about quality winemaking, with a strong eye for detail. Applicants should also note that this is a role which involves extended hours and weekend work.Job Requirements • Have previous vintage experience
