- Perform reception / switchboard and administrative duties to meet customer needs
- Provide front of house customer service to the residents, families, visitors and staff
- Conduct orientation tours of the site when delegated by the Admin Leader or Manager
- Maintain office inventory and records
- Support in site recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, and assisting with employee onboarding and orientation
- Submit resident admission, discharge and variation information
- Create genuine connections and empathise with residents, families and staff
- Work on weekends as needed
- Previous experience in administrative support or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various computer systems
- A high attention to detail, accuracy and effective time management skills
- A friendly and positive attitude and the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in an Aged Care environment (desirable)
- Experience in rosters and accounts and aged care systems (highly regarded)
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or a similar qualification (desirable)
- Full-time permanent role
