We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects. You will manage design, procurement, subcontractors, and site delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC projects from concept through to commissioning
- Liaise with builders, engineers, consultants, and clients
- Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and schedules to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Provide technical input during design and construction phases
- Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all projects
- Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager within commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design, and installation processes
- Experience working for a D&C contractor highly regarded
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant trade or engineering qualifications in Mechanical / HVAC
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
