Managing your own conveyancing files while working closely with the Conveyancing Manager and Partners.
Reviewing residential and commercial property contracts.
Drafting correspondence and liaising directly with clients.
Taking new matter enquiries and conducting searches.
Preparing and managing PEXA settlements.
Attending local settlements and providing post-settlement client care.
Assisting with leases, mortgages, and other property law matters.
Supporting the wider team and ensuring settlements occur smoothly and on time.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Minimum 2 years' full-time conveyancing experience in Queensland.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A professional manner with outstanding interpersonal and client service skills.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
A genuine passion for conveyancing and property law.
(Desirable) Experience with PEXA, Settlement Adjuster, or Affinity practice management software.
(Desirable) Familiarity with the Queensland Conveyancing Protocol and experience in OTP developments.
(Desirable) Qualifications as a Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for Declarations.
