ACIS provides urgent community-based assessment and treatment options (including referral onwards, acute inpatient admission, and short-term treatment) to consumers in the acute phase of mental illness. The focus of the position is to provide evidence-based psychological services to adult consumers who are presenting with acute symptoms of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, personality disorders, depression and other mental health disorders.
