Job Description:How will I help?This role is part of the Infrastructure and Service Management team and liaises with Tech Leads and BA's.As a Developer within the GRC and Audit Services portfolio, you will be responsible for the development of enhancements large and small to the ServiceNow platform.Working within an Agile squad structure, you will work closely with the aligned Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Lead, and other Developers to ensure that all development and configuration activity follow a consistent process and are of high quality, delivering a great customer outcome.Your key responsibilities may include:

Work in an Agile / Scrum software development environment.
Work within the SAFE framework as part of a Release Train.
Work with BA's, Scrum masters and tech leads to refine backlog stories and provide technical input regarding ServiceNow configuration, best practice, and platform features.
Document detailed designs and estimations.
Use your technical skills to develop the solution and provide peer support and guidance.
Contribute to the efficient operation of the squad and overall release train.

Good knowledge of GRC and Audit processes and ITIL with ITIL v4 certification preferred.
Strong expertise with ServiceNow configuration, customisation, and administration.
Relevant certifications of ServiceNow CSA and CAD.
Strong experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs including advanced scripting of each, forms workflows, integration hub and custom Service Portal widgets.
Good functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Employer Centre, HR Service Delivery, Service Catalog/Portal, and HR Mobile & Chatbots. Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Report/ Performance Analytics is preferred.
Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices. Understanding of event-driven architectures. Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts. Knowledge of modern web design (CSS, HTML, etc.), JavaScript, and Angular.
Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET is desirable.
