- Utilising the key stakeholder list for the project and communicate with them appropriately to deliver the project.
- Establishing the project structure to engage all required stakeholders for all phases.
- Maintaining engagement of the stakeholders through the Project lifecycle including Vendors, suppliers and other PMs.
- Creating clear and attainable project objectives, in conjunction with your project sponsor.
- Managing the key constraints for the project including all aspects of cost, time, quality and scope
- Working with the Head of Regulatory and the PMO, establish the framework to manage project scope, schedule, quality and cost. This must comply with the TPG Telecom project management policies and processes.
- Ensuring operational processes are in place for successful transition of the project to operations.
- Applying the risk management processes to the project to manage the risk profile. Develop and maintain contingency plans where required.
- Managing all supplier interfaces associated with the project
- Developing a resource profile to ensure the right people, facilities and tools are available when required to deliver the project.
- Developing a project schedule that covers all areas of the business required to achieve the project results, including dependencies on which the project relies to deliver successfully. Management of project inter-dependencies is a key responsibility of this role.
- Working with the financial teams, ensure costs are controlled. Ensure this system is adhered to by all people working on the project.
- Providing reports showing the status of the project against agreed plans, with assessment of risks to future deliverables, in accordance with PMO processes and timescales.
- Establishing and maintain a successful delivery culture within the project.
- Able to deliver high quality and accurate insightful outputs linking to an understanding of how the business could action those outputs.
- Great stakeholder management and communication capability, able to influence and steer actions and decision making at GM level. Can negotiate and resolve competing priorities.
- High level numeracy, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong Commercial acumen to assess situations for risks and opportunities and providing alternative options as required
- 5+ years finance experience
- CPA/CIMA/CA or equivalent
- Aptitude and drive for seeking continuous process improvement and innovation.
