White collar engineering recruitment experience (ideally R&M, Industrial or Energy)

In this role you will be responsible for building an existing desk within a busy team with heaps of leads and leverage opportunities.What makes this role stand out? Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years+ Agency recruitment experience
Proven 360° recruitment and new business development skills
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Drive, Ambition and Focus
Willingness to learn and grow with a genuine career path
Ideally degree educated but experience is more important
