About you
Previous experience in a training capacity either in a training team or operations team
Working towards obtaining Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable
Experience is essential in operating and training on Dozers, Excavators, Face Shovels, Graders and Trucks
Proficient in Microsoft products - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with learning management and safety system
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrating commitment to Macmahon safety culture and values
