Approx per weekOur global client is seeking experienced, senior-level HR support to provide on-the-ground expertise in Australia. With headquarters in the US and operations across 13 countries, including regional HR support based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with a supportive global HR team.About the Role:
This autonomous position requires an experienced HR professional who can provide trusted advice and practical support across key areas, including:Employee Relations and welfarePerformance managementWorkplace safety and culture initiativesIndustrial relations and legal risk mitigationAbout You:Proven experience in senior HR/ER rolesStrong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relationsExperience working in High Volume Contact Centres / BPO highly regarded.Ability to work independently, while collaborating effectively with global HR teamsConfident in providing strategic and operational HR adviceThis is a flexible, part-time opportunity (10 hours per week) suited to an HR professional who enjoys autonomy and wants to contribute to a truly global organisation.
