The Manager Employment Based Training (EBT) Administration leads and develops the EBT Administration team and ensures a client focused, responsive and effective student administration process. The role provides day-to-day leadership and guidance by proactively managing and providing clear, timely, and compliant solutions on a wide range of EBT administrative issues. The role manages relationships with key stakeholders and provides expert advice for EBT planning of whole of college activities to ensure the delivery of administration services.To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in leading and developing high-performing teams within a student administration or training environment, with a strong understanding of employment-based training processes. You will bring demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, problem solving, and delivering compliant, client-focused administrative services in a complex and fast-paced setting.For Further Job Related Information
