Apply Now!About the roleCompleting your apprenticeship within a fast-paced service department located in Richmond, you will study for a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical while working a fulltime, Monday to Friday roster.This role will see the successful applicant learning and developing within a passionate family-owned business that is a dedicated European Vehicle Specialist. Operating from a standalone premises, they are the largest operation in Australia that pride themselves on upholding leading-edge performance.You will learn hands on with senior service technicians and be provided with the skills and experience to excel within the Automotive industry.What you will be doing
Service and repair motor vehicles
Learn all aspects of being a motor mechanic
Complete daily paperwork (repair orders etc.)
Participate in regular training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Comply with health and safety regulations
Complete other tasks as directed
What we are looking for
Mechanically minded and passionate about working within the industry long term
Reliability, punctuality and hardworking
Team players with great communication skills
Completion of a Cert II in Automotive Technology
Hold a valid Driver's License
Willingness to learn and take direction
Has the ability to confidently use hand tools
Is an Australian citizen/and or Permanent Resident
