The School of Medical, Indigenous and Health Sciences (MIHS) includes disciplines of Medical Sciences, Nutrition Science and Dietetics; Indigenous Health; and Exercise, Sport and Rehabilitation Sciences. The School currently offers externally accredited programs in Dietetics, Clinical Exercise Physiology and Exercise Science, as well as non-accredited programs in Medical and Health Sciences, Pre-Medicine, and Nutrition Sciences. The School also offers a Graduate Certificate in Indigenous Trauma and Recovery Practice (GC ITRP), and a Master of Indigenous Health. The school is expanding its course delivery to the UoW Liverpool campus from 2025, with all undergraduate programs including essential anatomy and physiology content. The appointee will collaborate closely with colleagues at the Wollongong campus to ensure innovative, sustainable and aligned teaching approaches across both locations.About the roleWe're seeking an innovative and passionate Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Anatomy and Physiology to join the School of Medical, Indigenous and Health Sciences. Based at our Liverpool campus, with some initial teaching at Wollongong, you will help shape anatomy and physiology education across multiple locations.You will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality, student-centred teaching to undergraduate health students, driving innovation through integration of contemporary resources and emerging technologies. Collaboration with colleagues will be essential to ensure consistent, engaging, and effective learning experiences.This role also offers the opportunity to develop a research program aligned with anatomy and physiology education.
