This role combines technical design expertise with client engagement and business development responsibilities, offering the opportunity to shape our presence and drive project success across the region.Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver high-quality design work for NSW and interstate distribution projectsBuild the presence of Egis/Peracon in NSW and contribute to growing the local teamEngage with clients to identify and develop new business opportunitiesScope projects, prepare fee proposals and manage delivery to scope, budget and programmeProvide technical expertise, guidance and mentoring to engineers and designersWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are achievedQualificationsWe’re seeking a proactive, client-focused engineer with strong technical skills and the ability to contribute to business growth.You will bring:A four-year Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent)CPEng and NER registration (or ability to attain)6+ years’ industry experience, ideally in electricity distribution designAbility to attain RPEV and/or RPEQDemonstrated experience in overhead and underground distribution system designStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience preparing and presenting fee proposalsA proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externallyAdditional InformationWe are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.
