The VSO’s ensure the safety of visitors and staff within the Museum, as well as the security of the Museum collection.About youWe are seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a positive team environment and delivering a high-quality customer service.The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Relish working in a customer service environment.
- Provide a high level of visitor engagement through tours, technology, and interpretive programs.
- Support retail activities.
- Support public events and functions through either the event set-up, and/or pack down, and through guided tours.
- Provide a high standard of security and safety for visitors and the Museum precinct.
- A current comprehensive CV including the contact details of two referees.
- A statement of no more than one (1) x A4 page outlining your experience, skills, and abilities relative to each of the following essential work-related requirements. Please provide relevant examples to support your claims:
- Commitment to quality customer service.
